As you know, we had an oven fire on September 25. The SERVPRO people we have encountered have been professional, kind, and extremely good at their jobs.

Having a fire is a very traumatic thing. Smoke damage permeates everything. Your team helped us muster through the shock and horror of it all, even though it could have been so much worse.
