Wet Bathroom with Carpet

Customer calmly called us early one morning. We arrived to this Lancaster County home finding standing water in the basement. Homeowner was elderly and could not attempt any clean up. The bathroom toilet had overflowed causing damage to the finished basement. Customer was thankful we arrived and cleaned up the mess. Carpet and carpet padding was removed. It was destroyed from the dirty sewage water. After the customer picked out new tile, we replaced it. Customer was surprised it took less then a week from start to finish. It makes our day great at SERVPRO of Western Lancaster County helping those retired getting the job done!
